From Irish Pub Bartender to Freedom Based Entrepreneur 

Right out of high school, I went to college to earn a Business Operations diploma. Deep down, I always knew I was meant to be an entrepreneur. I never resonated with the idea of “big girl jobs” and couldn’t imagine myself locked in a cubicle for 40 hours a week, with only two weeks of vacation per year, and a cap on my earning potential. To me, that felt like a prison and I refused to build my life that way.


To be honest: I wanted freedom. I wanted to work from my laptop anywhere I chose. I didn’t want to be tied down. I wanted to work for myself, make my own rules, and live life on my own terms.

For years, I explored different business paths, trying to find the right fit, but nothing clicked… until I discovered the world of virtual assistance. That was my “A-HA” moment. The idea that I could support business owners from my laptop, handling the back-end operations so they could focus on what they loved, felt like everything I had been searching for and more.

One of the most important steps in starting any business is niching down into something you’re passionate about. Health and wellness is a core part of who I am, so I chose that niche. I wanted to build a business that literally helped people help people, and give myself a career with purpose and meaning.

I dove in immediately. My very first client was the owner of a multidisciplinary clinic who signed on for my medium package. I was blown away, and that gave me the momentum to keep going. This clinic is still with me to this day!
